SWICA ANNUAL MEETING

At the SWICA (www.swica.ch) annual meeting: A listening-experience in perfect sound quality. A cinematic journey, a dream, a vision …a voyage into everyone’s own imaginary and fantasy.

A tailor made vision building program based on your company values and product worlds will be drawn up in a detailed briefing session. The result will be an sound based employee event with film score, sound design and a voice-over in cinema sound quality.

This new kind of experience is, up to now, an unheard of imaginary sound inspiration that leads the workshop participants to completely new results, ideas and visions.

SOUND WORKSHOPS

Using a new tool for mindfulness will improve innovation thinking. Changing the perspective on the familiar will lead to surprisingly new impressions. This workshop will change the participants’ perceptions and will give the company management valuable information about the emotional relations of the employees towards their company.

CHASING FOR SOUNDS

Together with Prof. Dr. Frank Dievernich, we led a three-day innovations workshop for the company RAMPF (https://www.rampf-gruppe.de/en/) near Stuttgart/Germany on the topic “How does RAMPF sound?”.

One part of the workshop was a ‘hunt for sounds’ where the participants recorded various sounds of RAMPF Company with a mobile sound recorder (sounds of machines, devices, office etc.). Some of the employees who have been working at RAMPF for decades, listened closely and intentionally to the sounds of “their” company for the first time and experienced a great change of perspective.

In another part of the workshop the participants built their own musical instruments with RAMPF materials.

These sounds and other elements of the workshop resulted in the composition of the RAMPF own music soundtrack “ THE POWER OF RAMPF”.

All the sounds of the ‘sound workshop’ where finalized and mixed in a sound recording studio in Basel. (The power of Rampf)
